Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect our customers and our business, all orders may be subject to security review.

Jade Moment may request additional verification for orders flagged as high risk by our payment or fraud prevention systems.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, incorrect billing information, or misuse of our services.

If an order is cancelled for security reasons, a refund will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.
